Veritas Procurement Services were contracted to conduct a county wide review of children’s and adult’s Community Equipment Services, Minor Adaptation Services, Telecare Services and the Independent Living Centre on behalf of the County Council and the Primary Care Trust.
The review was carried out in a professional, discreet and methodical manner with extensive stakeholder consultation (including service users and their families, Allied Health Professionals and Service Providers), benchmarking and service appraisal. The reviewing team prepared a comprehensive report which they presented to the multi agency Board, ensuring any questions were appropriately answered. The team were happy to carry out additional financial analysis and their flexibility in reorganising their schedule to facilitate this request at short notice, did not go unnoticed.
The partnership were extremely happy with the service provided by Veritas and would be delighted to contract with them once more as and when the opportunity arises.
