We are very impressed by the professional conduct, integrity and value for money

“Veritas Procurement Services have carried out three long-term pieces of work for NHS Hampshire in recent months, all of which were carried out to a professional high standard. A three month interim role managing a Payment by Results contract on behalf of the PCT included extensive stakeholder engagement with senior Foundation Trust Managers and clinical professionals along with detailed clinical and financial data analysis.
Upon the appointment of a permanent Contract Manager, Richard Nicholson was invited to assist the Strategy Implementation and System Reform Directorate in the establishment of System Management Boards and Operational Task Groups in the North East of the county. This role necessitated ongoing and challenging multi agency stakeholder engagement and consultation with senior Management and clinical professionals across the County Council, Foundation Trust Hospitals, PBC Localities and GP’s and Ambulance Trusts.
As a result of Veritas’ extensive Wheelchair Service experience, we engaged them in conducting a strategic best value review of five county wide Wheelchair Services. A detailed benchmark was carried out against similar services whilst they consulted widely with service users, clinical professional and Healthcare Managers before providing a detailed report including an options appraisal and strategic recommendations.
We have been very impressed by the professional conduct, integrity and value for money provided by the organisation and would not hesitate to use their services in the future.”

Keith Douglas – Director of PRM for SHIP, NHS Hampshire
