Veritas Procurement Services are experts in the Community Equipment and Wheelchair Service sectors and I have known and worked with Richard Nicholson for several years now in his roles within NAEP (National Association Equipment Providers), as Contract and Performance Manager for the West Sussex Community Equipment Service (provided by Nottingham Rehab Supplies) for the last three years in his position as Managing Director of Veritas and latterly as a British Healthcare Trades Association member.
Veritas have provided a number of services to NRS, from managing the implementation of Integrated Community Equipment Service contracts (including Project Management, Service Redesign, Relationship Management, the organisation of Stores and Logistical Solutions and multi agency senior management and Allied Health Professional stakeholder communication elements) to presenting strategic concepts to senior Healthcare and Local Government Commissioners at national conferences on our behalf. Latterly Veritas were instrumental in reviewing a number of NRS tender bids, providing recommendations and innovative ideas for future bids in which we are confident we will be successful.
